  • 2 handfuls of baby spinach
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 handful of fresh dill
  • 1 handful of fresh coriander
  • 1 teaspoon of grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
  • 1 cup of any milk of your choice or water
  • 1 teaspoon of slippery elm powder (optional)
  1. Throw all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth
  2. If it’s too thick you can just add a little more coconut water or water until it is a consistency you like.
