Vegan Chocolate Bark

Vegan Chocolate Bark

I love all things chocolate especially homemade vegan chocolate treats, that’s also nutritious  I used “Loving Earth” dark chocolate for this, feel free to use any vegan dark chocolate you like. If the chocolate  is anything less than 70%  dark chocolate, halve the amount of sweetener. This is so simple to make, I used frozen raspberries,  they keep their shape and don’t go all mushy, you can try with fresh raspberries just be mindful that you need to be a little more gentle with them. Click here for the white chocolate bark recipe http://theorangepantry.com/vegan-white-chocolate-bark/Hopefully the Easter bunny might leave a delivery of these in the freezer on Easter Sunday. Enjoy!!
