You need to start this recipe at least 4 hours before serving to give the chia pudding enough time to set.
Place the chia seeds, coconut yogurt and the cup of strawberries in a food processor or high-speed blender. Then process or blend until it is all combined and has a smooth consistency.
Pour the chia mixture into a bowl, stir in the flaxseeds and place it in the fridge to set.
When you are ready to serve fill the two Easter egg halves with the chia pudding.
Top with pistachios, strawberries and grated dark chocolate
