This golden milk latte is perfect to share with friends or to enjoy every morning in place of your usual cup of coffee. Healthy and yummy – what more could you want!
Golden milk latte

- 250ml of milk – you choose the milk that works best for you
- 1 teaspoon of freshly grated turmeric or ½ teaspoon of powdered turmeric
- ½ teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon of ground ginger
- Pinch of freshly ground pepper
- ¼ teaspoon of coconut oil
- Gently warm the milk in a small pot over a medium heat and add the turmeric, cinnamon, black pepper and coconut oil. Let it simmer for 30 seconds, stirring continuously to combine. Before it begins to boil, get it off the fire and pour into your favourite mug. Enjoy!
