Ingredients
  • 3 ½ tablespoons gelatine powder
  • ⅓ of cup of water
  • 1 ½ cups of orange juice
  • ½ tablespoon fennel seeds, lightly crushed
Instructions
  1. Prepare a square 8cm x 8 cm tray with baking paper
  2. Place the gelatine and ⅓ of a cup of water into a small bowl, stir until all the water has absorbed by the gelatine. Let it stand for a few minutes until it combines and sets.
  3. Bring a small saucepan of water to boil then reduce it to a simmer
  4. Place the orange juice into a small saucepan, heat slightly (don’t let it boil)
  5. Take off the heat
  6. Break in the gelatine and stir until dissolved
  7. Stir in the fennel seeds
  8. Pour into the prepared tray
  9. Put in the fridge for 2 hours to set
  10. Remove form tray and cut into squares
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
