Keep a bottle of Calm the Storm handy, because you never know when you’ll need a hit of instant calm. We’ve formulated this especially for those moments when you need a little boost to help you make your next move or to cope with trauma or disappointment. If situations such as job interviews, exams or public speaking make you break into a cold sweat, Calm The Storm can support by easing stress and anxiety and unlocking a sense of calm.

The key ingredient Aconite helps with restlessness and anxiety, and is matched with Arnica to help heal, Chamomile to help calm the gut and solar plexus (especially for kids) and Gelsemium to alleviate that sense of dread.

We’ve also used Ignatia complex to support acute grief, Nectarine to create a sense of calm after crisis, Star of Bethlehem to support recovery, Waratah to awaken our survival instincts and Crowea to help us realign and return to our dynamic self.

Gelsemium Complex: for a sense of dread, anticipatory anxiety and ‘catastrophising’

Ignatia Complex: for BAD NEWS and LOSS (grief)

Flower essences: 

Star of Bethlehem: to initiate Shock/Trauma/Crisis recovery

Waratah: to arouse Survival Instinct after/during Crisis/Shock/Trauma

Crowea: to ‘ground’, centre, re-balance and re-align our dynamic self

Nectarine: for the ‘calm after the storm’, creating calm after crisis

Dosage

Dosage: Take 12 drops, 4 times daily under the tongue. Always take at least 5 minutes before or after eating
or cleaning teeth to guarantee efficient absorption in the mouth.

We understand not everyone enjoys taking medicine, which is why we’ve ensured our formula tastes great by
sweetening it with glycerin.
