Aconite – It helps calm after sudden shock/trauma or nervousness about what is happening tomorrow (‘stage fright’).
Chamomile – It helps ease irritability, hypersensitivity and nervous related digestive complaints. It soothes moodiness.
Calc Phos – It combines well with Mag Phos to help calm and ease the nervous system.
Coffea – It helps ease nervousness, being hyper-alert and restlessness.

Baby (3mths to 2 yrs) – 6 drops 30 minutes before bedtime and 6 drops at bedtime, or 6 drops every 15 minutes for 3 doses until settled.
Child (2 yrs to 15yrs) –12 drops 30 minutes before bedtime and 12 drops at bedtime, or 12 drops every 15 minutes for 3 doses until settled.
